*To ensure the best care possible, it is recommended that patients receive a routine exam and cleaning every 6 months, with bitewing x-rays once a year. This, along with proper brushing and flossing, will ensure better dental health and can help prevent major problems.


OFFICE POLICIES

  • Payment will be due at the time of service unless insurance coverage applies

  • CARE CREDIT is a new payment option we can offer to patients that do not have insurance – ask if interested
  • If you have insurance we will file your dental claim for you as a courtesy, and bill you for the difference once the claim has been processed
  • Payment is due upon receipt of statement
  • A service charge of .5% will be charged on unpaid balances older than 30 days
  • It is each patient’s responsibility to know and understand their insurance policy’s benefits and coverage, as individual policies vary
  • A $50 fee will be charged for a missed or broken appointment without a 24 hour notice
  • We appreciate all referrals and will send you a $10 gift card when a new patient you referred comes in

Royce W. Woolfolk, Jr., D.D.S is a Richmond native who grew up in Henrico County graduating from Hermitage High School. He went on to get his BS at Randolph Macon College and received his degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery from Virginia Commonwealth University Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Woolfolk also received accreditation of a two-year program of study of Orthodontics & Orthopedics and is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.He has practiced dentistry for 30 years on Monument Avenue. Dr. Woolfolk is married to Cindy Creasy and they have two children, Royce W. Woolfolk, III and Nicholas Vaughan Curry Woolfolk and currently reside in Ginter Park.
